Getting tattooed in Hanoi: good to know
- Hanoi winters (December–February) are cool and damp; summers (May–August) are hot and humid. In summer you sweat a lot: rinse a fresh tattoo gently twice a day and wear loose, clean clothes.
- If you plan a Ha Long Bay trip and want to swim or kayak, go before your tattoo. A fresh tattoo stays out of the sea for 2–4 weeks.
- Motorbike rides mean dust and sun: for the first days cover the tattoo with a loose long sleeve, not a tight wrap.

What I tattoo
Fine line, black & grey realism, micro realism and small colour pieces. Photos on the Work page.
Aftercare
Rinse gently with lukewarm water and fragrance-free soap, pat dry and apply a thin layer of cream. No sea, no pools and no direct sun until it heals, usually 2–4 weeks.
