One of my forearm pieces. A sun, the two hands from The Creation of Adam, a rose growing from an anatomical heart, dots and lines. All fine line.

Stencil

Before I start, I print the design on the skin with violet transfer ink. If you don’t like the placement, I wipe it and print it again. It washes off after the session.

Needle

Fine line is usually drawn with a single needle (1RL). The ink sits 1–2 mm under the surface, in the dermis.
