Getting tattooed in Bangkok: good to know
- Bangkok is hot and humid all year, hottest from March to May, with rain from May to October. Sweat won’t ruin a tattoo, but rinse it gently twice a day and wear loose clothes.
- Songkran (13–15 April) means heavy water fights, for example on Silom and Khao San Road. The water isn’t clean: if you’re here then, get tattooed after the festival or stay out of the water fights.
- Rooftop hotel pools are off-limits too until the tattoo heals, usually 2–4 weeks.

What I tattoo
Fine line, black & grey realism, micro realism and small colour pieces. Photos on the Work page.
Aftercare
Rinse gently with lukewarm water and fragrance-free soap, pat dry and apply a thin layer of cream. No sea, no pools and no direct sun until it heals, usually 2–4 weeks.
